SpeakEasy is a DSL Provider that is highly recommended by many KPLUG members.
They'll provide static IPs, shell accounts, email and web hosting, and don't mind if you run servers, so long as you don't run an IRC server or a Porn website.
The shell account is on a Linux box. They're cool with UNIX folk. And Mac folk as well.
Their homepage is at http://www.speakeasy.net/ .
If you say that you're recommended by a current SpeakEasy member, they'll give that member a discount on their monthly fee.
