I won't use C# because it is J++ tweaked and given a new name (J++ was
Java tweaked and given a new name). It's Java with some C++ crap added,
making it more complex than needed and adding things that have caused
programming problems/bugs in C++. Basically, it's Java AFU. (I
investigated C# and .NET in my last job, and found it something I never
want to get close to using.)

I won't use C# because M$ is evil and the license for C# is terrible.
There's multiple licenses to read and be aware of, M$ can change the
licenses at any time, and M$ loves to sue when it helps their bottom line.

I won't use C# because it is not platform independent, and Mono etc. do
not fill that void as they are subject to M$ IP, licensing, etc. and M$
can not be trusted.

IMEO, the use of C# and .NET is a bad idea all around.
