Ah well that is significant.  OTOH, Plan 9 also had the financial backing and
perfect pedigree.  In fact, Wayland is a lot like Plan 9 in that both are
in many ways "obviously" better than what they are replacing.

I think the greatest enemy of "better" is "good enough".
