Google Chrome Web only will be beneficial for all or most :)

My WAG on all of this is that Google very much wants to bypass the
entire telephone industry with a a combination of new wireless
technology and a new business model, advertising.

Give how lame the old telco business model is and how prevalent the
monopoly instincts of the telcos are it will be interesting. Of course
we may just change an ogilopoly (Telcos) for a monopoly (Google.)

We shall see,
