I have a need to diff two large trees of files (200,000+ files.) I also have a need to ignore diffs that, for instance, are within C comments. And/or Python comments. Etc. Any suggestions for a Linux GUI tool that can do this? I could use Araxis Merge on Windows but it'll save me a lot of time and work to do this on Linux. -Matt
