Request for comments

The first link failed on my Mac Mini using Safari. The second link 
worked but I have failing eyesight, due to diabetic retinopathy, and 
have extreme difficulty reading anything on a dark background. The two 
trends I looked at, March and April, were viewable but I couldn't get 
much out of them.
