Sounds like a deliverability manager is one who pleads with ISPs to
whitelist bronto.com so they can get their spam past the ISP's filters.

 From http://bronto.com/products/deliverability
"
We recognize that ensuring your messages are successfully delivered is
just as essential as the message it contains. That’s why, for Bronto,
“deliverability” is serious business. Our enhanced technology combined
with the close relationships our deliverability experts maintain with
all of the major ISPs helps optimize your message delivery. We also
offer inbound support and services to tackle your deliverability issues,
including list hygiene and abuse complaints, and help improve your
overall strategy. Features include validators, throttling, email
authentication (domain keys, sender ID) and dedicated IP addresses.
"

Here's another one:
"email reputation management services." I bet there's a manager for that
too.

Wonder if they have a Manager of Euphemism Development?
