BTY, it is interesting to observe that business email etiquette and 
expectations are somewhat the opposite from the list culture. In my 
experience, business correspondents expect the top of the email to have 
the immediately important content. Furthermore, they often will never(!) 
look at _any_ of the quoted tail, but if they do, they will expect it to 
contain the entire thread history!
