looking for a hardware diagnostic package

Hello All,

Recently, I picked up a couple nvidia quadro4 980 xgl cards
on ebay.  I am wondering if any diagnostic (not benchmark) 
utilities are available to test the hardware.  I've surfed
the nvidia website and googled, but have not located anything.

Thanks in advance for any leads or advice on diagnostics. the
cards are running fine, by the way.
