Not sure since a 501(3)c is a corporation and therefore it's own entity.

Well I have been a active member of SDCS.  Secondly I was unaware that  the SDMUG members would play such a pre-dominant role...

You have a good point,  I just feel that we need to fully understand the ramifications of the recent changes in the 
SDCS.
