It sure isn't, and it is my opinion that if someone is requesting 
assistance from someone else, then they should do so in the 
least offensive/most polite manner they can. On this list, and 
most others that would be in plain easy to read to text with 
line breaks every 75 chars give or take a couple. Anyone who has 
run the mail command to read email on a green/amber screen 
understands why, and yes I do this quite often when relegated to 
the data center floor doing some installation or other.
