PCI graphics card w/ tv-out?

You can get nvidia chipset cards for very inexpensive (starting at $30)
with svideo out.  You can get a converter for $30 to rca if need be.

I'm surprised she even knows what MAME is.  Why not just buy her a real
vintage game console?
