Sendmail error messages

Messages should be helpful to the person who receives them. Not everyone
is a sendmail admin.

It's just a bit of "user friendliness". By being concise without being
overly verbose about it you allow it to be understood faster.

One ISP (xtra.co.nz) in an effort to be helpful has customised their
error message to be a screen and a half full of nonsense about how you
can contact their help desk for more information.

I assume that the majority of users (the sort of people who use
technology for the end result, not for the technology itself) will end
up ringing the helpdesk (despite the 1.5 page message) when they can't
figure out what "There is no mailbox by that name." means.
