Now Bob, that wasn't very nice.  Besides, It's three shifts of five
people each to watch 20 light bulbs, 4 of which don't work and three
indicate something which was removed 17 years prior.

For those not in the Navy, Five people per shift; One watchstander, One
Watchstander (under instruction), One supervisor, One safety officer,
and one Officer in charge (OIC).
