The last time I saw that, it was because the mail client was closing the
connection improperly, or too soon, or just plan b0rking the connection.
We've also noticed a lot of problems with Outlook 2002, but i can't
remember the error messages off the top of my head and i'm too lazy to
scrape them from the logs...
