RPM and Red Hat 6.2

RH 6.2 comes with rpm-3.0.4  The updates directory has 4.0.2  In order
to go from 3.0.X to 4.0.x, you need 3.0.5, IIRC.  Where the heck are you
supposed to find 3.0.5 now?  rpmfind.net has lots and lots, but where's
Red Hat's version?
