What does this mean? Err, how do I make the initrd?

# mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.2.19-7.0.8 2.2.19-7.0.8
All of your loopback devices are in use!


this is a rh7.0 system, just applied all the updates.
(and removed the old kernel)
