I don't know about not recognizing the AMD760MP.  I think I know what could 
be causing the other problem.  I ran into this myself when trying to get a 
Nvidia card setup for Tribes 2.  Try chmod 666 /dev/nvidia*.   If that still 
doesn't work for you I would try the Loki games news server.    There's a
