Hmmm, I don't know the command off the top of my head for re-getting an
address, but in windows, you can run winipcfg and tell it to release
all, then when done, renew all and see if that gets a different address.

Lastly, power your router off and on in case it's confused for some
reason.

I'm assuming the router box is doing DHCP.
