Two questions:  What's CPE?  And since he didn't mention distance
to CO and signal degradation, what would need to be done to make
sure the line was good/clean enough?  Also, I've never seen a price
schedule at an ISP that mentioned the price of the port w/o the
price of the line. Any one got an idea what a ballpark figure might
be for that?
