Cheapest way to register domains?

I use IntuitiveISP.com for my domains, and I love it. It's $15/yr for
.com/.net/.org and the usual cheap rates for bidding on .biz/.info et al,
and the service is very good.

[Disclaimer: Yes, I am a sysadmin for and technical consultant to
IntuitiveISP.com, and I'm not trying to sell anyone or spam the list. I
offer my experience for what it's worth to the members of the list.]

I don't know about the other services, but a word of advice to all
listening to the list and haven't heard this before..READ THE (*^&
REGISTRATION AGREEMENTS.

I've never been burned, but I know people who have: you find a cheap
registrar and the prices are right. But then your domain is set up, you
have a presence, and you decide to switch to another registrar only to
find that you don't actually own your domain...the company you registered
through does. You already agreed to it, so your options are limited, and
you'll end up spending a hefty sum of money to buy out the registrar (IF
they let you out of the contract) or sue them, and it's all a big pain.

Just my 2¢...
