Yeah, for all the problems we've had with Time Warner in the past, I think
they finally realized that blocking all servers and stuff would lose them a
pretty decent chunk of subscribers, and would give them a really bad
reputation.  Cox either doesn't get that, or just doesn't give a rats ass.

Of course, even RR could change overnight and we could all be screwed on them
as well.
