Kodak and Microsoft clash

When I was working at HP with digital cameras, we used a few web
sites to help us keep track of the market.  One of my buddies there
saw this article at:

It's nothing new to us wrt MS's marketing practices-  a combination
of "Microsoft Preferred" crud plus E&E.  It's nice to see the
lights come on for other folks, though.  Plus, I have an
anticipation that this will cause companies that do digital imaging
(cameras, printers, sw) to start to snap out of their win-only
mentality.  In the HP division, where I worked, *none* of the
Linux-friendliness that we associate with HP could be seen (We
produced the PhotoSmart line).
