This same discussion came up on the Linux kernel mailing list. A Ph.D.
in genetics and former virologist basically said the same thing. He also
did a search in Google and found many pages referencing "viruses" and
many fewer referencing "virii". Those that referenced "virii" were
computer related. The others were medical related.

Which set would you take as the authoritative answer? (not "you" as in
"Chris", "you" as in "all of/any of you" :)
