T1 or Other alternative to DSL. WAS RE: Rhythms files for Ch apter 11

PacBell DSL is probably it now... at least we can be reasonably sure they
won't go tits up.  Well there's still Covad, but they may be just as
doomed...

Either that or convince 5-10 of the business' neighbors to share a T1.
