Netscape menubar fonts

Hi,

I just upgraded Debian 2.1 to 2.2 (finally, over a modem) and
have noticed that since then my Netscape fonts on the menubar are
pretty large.  I can control the size of the fonts of pages
displayed in the browser with preferences, but are menubar fonts
an .Xdefaults type of adjustment?
