Just a stab in the dark, but I think Bob is referring to himself (if we
assume his middle initial is E.). :-)

I'd find it even more hideously amusing when people start asking who
JHRIV is.

In a related case, Ralph once referred to me as ``Chris, TYO'' which
I could never figure out (since my initials are CKY). Ralph has since
explained the meaning, but it was a shock nonetheless.
