I did look at those, and tried several combinations, to no avail.
I suspect I need to make my gripe more specific: I have (say) 3 xterm
windows open in X/gnome/enlightenment. There are 3 buttons on the gnome
panel, just to the right of the pager, all labelled "xterm. The 3 xterm
windows are all the same size and location. I want to alternately click on
each of the application-buttons on the panel bar, and see in turn each
xterm -- that is have the current app raised to the top of the window stack
(so I can seeit-dammit).
How do I make it do that
