This I can't agree with.  Right now, at home, I have no Internet access.
No cable, DSL is taking forever (damn Pacific Bell!), and no extra phone
lines (won't order one until I know DSL is a complete wash and after I've
failed to get ISDN or a frame relay... :-) ).  If the nearest Sprint tower
was a little closer, though, I'd be using my wireless phone for a whopping
14.4k access.  I don't think I'd be "getting what I deserved", but I sure
would be *really* pissed at HTML email, attachments, un-snipped material,
etc.  And maybe big .sigs... ;-)

But, see?  I'm open to change... :-)
