Linux TCO study

This Australian study of the total cost of ownership of Linux compared
to Windows showed a 27% savings for the penguin. Note that Linux had
several hands tied behind its back in the study. I wonder what the
results would have been if the authors hadn't bent double over backwards
to be 'fair' to windoze?
