It certainly has.
I enjoy being in a smoke-free environment as well.
But for me, that isn't really the issue.
I really think we have the best possible solution.

See, I disagree here. I believe, so long as smoking is a legal activity,
it ought to be up to the owners of the establishment if smoking is
permitted.
If they want to cater to people with low tolerance, they can not allow
smoking.
If they want to cater to the 2 packs a day crowd, they ought to be able
to as well.
Neither of these scenarios preclude the other from existing, yet both
groups have a place to go.
That is the best possible solution.
