No, they aren't. "ajb's house of steak and smoke" is setup to bring _me_ 
a benefit, that's is, money.
Society has nothing to do with it.

Ok, just so I understand your "logic".
If you voluntarily enter a building filled with billowing cigarette 
smoke, when you have been adequately forewarned that said building 
caters to smokers, you are a "victim"?
