Nope. The failure of zoning laws in my particular town argues against 
that. the prohibtions on wood burning in my valley argue against that.

I am in favor of reasonable restrictions. The problem we have now is 
that the restrictions are unreasonable.
The answer is not 100% control. The answer is as little state control as 
is possible.

Of course, every person disagrees on the definition of reasonable, 
That's why we have a republic, so society can collectively decide.
