Hey, I didn't say we'd be dancing cheek to cheek ;-)

I think watching F 9/11 together is a bit of a stretch.

But in a larger sense, I wish all the Lews and Lans in our country were
spending more time talking, even if it's just to disagree. And I have to
believe we could find _a lot_ of common ground if we looked for it.

I've always felt that politics is, or should be, the art of figuring out
what we're going to do until we can all agree on something. When we
agree, it's easy to decide what to do.
