The EFF blew it big time. There have been probably a hundred
messages on the free-sklyarov list saying that the protest would 
move forward. So it will. See http://www.boycottadobe.com/pages/rallies.html
for more info. San Diego, because of the OSCON Is evolving rapidly 
but I can assure you there will be a protest. 

Basically the only reason Adobe agreed to negotiate is because they
see a PR trainwreck on Monday and they are doing everything they can 
except making concessions to head it off. The EFF had no moral authority
for this movement community to make any such statement and they have
lost a lot of credibility in a very short time with the troops. 

But the EFF now has Adobe at the table and if we keep the pressureon outside
they may be able to gain something. Until Dmitry walks though, let's
not forget that he is there as a result of Adobe's complaint. Adobe
is a real villian in this piece. Don't forget it.
